OUR IMPACT
We create impact on individuals and families in our communities through our Crime Prevention and Youth Empowerment Project.
Working with a transformational module, we prioritise on identifying the individuals’ strengths, capabilities and skills. We use these to help them use their talents to support themselves and the community
Among our approaches include;
Youth mobilisation and development programmes where we support individuals on careers, training and educational advisory services.
Peer to Peer coaching and mentoring where positive impact is created by an allocated peer mentor/coach
Our psychologist will use behavioural modification techniques to help modify unacceptable behaviours to acceptable ones in society.
We build talent and create an avenue they need to get into training, education, employment and career development.
At Admiral Community Support we believe that crimes can be minimised through empowering the use of talents, counselling and a support system that fosters love and handled with an individualistic approach.
Available evidence indicates these 10 cities have the highest level of crimes in the UK; Middlesbrough, Leeds, Bradford, Southend-on-Sea, Southampton, Kington-upon-Hull, Derby, Portsmouth, Liverpool, Leicester. Our focus will be the cities listed above, London and other cities alike. We will prioritise these cities but this will be a nationwide intervention.
WHAT WE DO
Youth training, education, employment and entrepreneurship advice services.
We Support
We provide practical assistant to migrants’ workers, refugees and disadvantaged people in our communities.
We Facilitate
We facilitate / provide free crèche / childcare facilities for the community attending the trainings for employment
We Assist
We provide tailored services for the youth and adults in the communities to reduce violence, crimes and radicalisation in communities with high record of the listed above in the UK
We Advice
We provide free advice and business trainings for community to enhance entrepreneurs or new entrepreneurs with skills that would enable them to start up
Support for refugees and migrant workers.
We want to help individuals and families in the community who require some support in skill development or training to progress into a career, to do this through our training options in IT, Health and Social Care, Childcare, Maths, English and Science (all levels), Electrician, Plumbing, Building and Construction, Clothing and design, Hairdressing, Skincare and make-up, etc. Plus, we provide support for refugees and migrant workers, and reduce crime in our communities.
